Once Upon A Time

In 1978, newlyweds Don and Molly Proffer started Proffer Productions in the upstairs of their house. Their first project was the production of a national sales meeting for Puritan Bennett Corporation, and the medium for event presentations at the time was multi-image slide projection – a bank of fifteen projectors synced to a soundtrack that played on reel-to-reel tape.  Times have changed.

Over three decades later, Proffer Productions has survived technological transformation, recessions and bubbles, and the birth and rearing of three children. The Proffers have played leadership roles in the community and have contributed to multiple nonprofits through extensive pro bono work. Quality of life is a priority for the Proffers and their employees, and they are pleased to be able to contribute personally and professionally to the quality of life of others.
